Cricket for women and girls is growing at an unprecedented rate.
The number of women’s and girls’ teams has doubled in the last three years, reflecting a surge of interest, participation and investment in the game. But with that rapid growth comes a new challenge: ensuring the best possible experience for everyone involved.
The ´ºÃÎÖ±²¥ is actively exploring how women’s recreational league cricket could evolve in the coming years – and we’re keen to hear your input, whether you’re a player, captain, coach, official, or administrator.
This new survey will help us understand what already works well, where improvements could be made, and what support is needed as participation continues to rise. It’s your chance to play a direct role in the long-term success of women’s recreational cricket across England and Wales.
