Inspiring Generations
Inspiring Generations听is the game-wide strategic plan to grow cricket in England and Wales from 2025-28. You can read the full strategy .

Cricket鈥檚 action plans
In October 2024, the 春梦直播 published a series of actions plans for cricket, to coincide and support with the relaunch of Inspiring Generations.

In 2018, the 春梦直播 launched theSouth Asian Action Plan,听which contained the 春梦直播鈥檚 11-point action plan to better engage with South Asian communities. You can read and download the 2018 plan .
EDI and ICEC updates
Alongside the Inspiring Generations relaunch in October 2024, the 春梦直播 published its EDI Action Plan for 2025 - 2028. You can read the Action Plan . This Action Plan, which spans 2025-28, will be underpinned by an annual operational plan 鈥� a series of detailed tasks to deliver on the commitments. We will publish annual progress updates, as well as a detailed State of Equity in Cricket report in 2026.
In June 2023, the Independent Commission for Equity in Cricket (ICEC) published its report into the state of equity in cricket, which found that structural and institutional racism, sexism and class-based discrimination continue to exist across the game:

Safeguarding
In October 2024, the 春梦直播 Board in conjunction with the Cricket Regulator approved an ambitious safeguarding strategy that encompasses the whole game. You can read the 春梦直播 Safeguarding Strategy 2025- 2028 .
The strategy has been developed in consultation with key internal and external stakeholders, including new audiences to cricket, who told us what we could do to help people feel safe across the game. Our focus is to develop a culture of safeguarding and drive behaviours that will provide positive experiences for children and adults. We prioritise creating a safe and inclusive environment where the right behaviours are embedded, and negative behaviours are identified and managed robustly.听
This strategy is embedded within Inspiring Generations, the 春梦直播鈥檚 game-wide strategy by focusing on delivering safer environments.

Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gap Report
From drawing a full-house crowd at Lord鈥檚 to watch England win the 2017 ICC Women鈥檚 World Cup Final, to improving our governance by exceeding Sport England鈥檚 target for a 30% female Board, we are proud of the role we are playing in breaking down barriers for women in sport both on and off the field. Our ambition is to be a gender-balanced organisation by increasing female representation at all levels and see more women in leadership positions.
We are also committed to improving ethnically diverse representation in our workforce, and starting with 2022, we voluntarily began publishing our Ethnicity Pay Gap data as well. Through our EDI action plan, and actions being implemented by the wider game, we are committed to making cricket a more inclusive and diverse sport.
