This programme has been designed to build on your experiences to develop your knowledge, skills and confidence to help players improve their game as well as developing a wide area of expertise when coaching individuals, units and teams.

This programme has been designed to build on your experiences to develop your knowledge, skills and confidence to challenge existing thinking and beliefs about cricket coaching and develop specialist areas of expertise that can be used when coaching individuals, units and teams.
