England Men's Mixed Disability 148-5 beat India Men's Mixed Disability 147-7 by five wickets
Jordan Williams took 4-22 as England Men's Mixed Disability team won the third IT20 in Jaipur to go 2-1 up in the five-match series.
In a topsy-turvy game, Williams had helped his team reduce India to 40-4 before they eventually rallied to finish on 147-7.
England - with the in-form Angus Brown promoted to open - then appeared to be waltzing to an easy victory before a collapse saw them fall from 93-1 to 104-5 across 25 potentially series-altering deliveries.
With 44 needed from the last five overs, captain Callum Flynn and all-rounder Henry Wainman kept their cool, absorbed the pressure and then broke free - Wainman in particular, his 17-ball 30 featured three sixes and went a long way to securing the win.
It was left to Flynn to hit the winning runs with one ball to spare in a nervous 20th over, England delighted to have got the job done - leaving them 2-1 up with two games to come.
Williams, who was awarded Player of the Match for his four wickets, said: "We're really happy to go 2-1 up and go ahead in the series for the first time. It was a bit of a nervous ending but the batters at the end did really well to get us over the line - Henry especially was fantastic.
"India are a really good side and they fought really hard today, we obviously started really well with the ball and they came back at us hard to put on a decent total. It just shows how hard-fought the rest of this series will be.
"Angus was great again, he's in really good form and that's great for the team. I was very happy to take four wickets, it's always nice to play your part and help the team out. We've got two huge games left and it would be really special to win our first overseas series as a Mixed Disability team."
